Lakewood, a development located East of Calgary in the Town of Strathmore, is a waterfront community coming to life!
Currently in Phase 2, Lakewood will have both a storm pond and a swimmable lake, this unique community is a project we’re proud of!
Canal Crossing
Canal Crossing is a multi-phase commercial/industrial development along the Trans-Canada Highway in Strathmore. The project has constructed the infrastructure on 70% of the land to date and has so far attracted a variety of commercial/industrial businesses and a car dealership.
This project has also required that roadway improvements be designed and constructed on the Trans-Canada Highway and Highway 817 which border the project.
Bridges of Langdon is a multi-phase master-planned community spanning 320 acres. Currently, the project is in Phase 2 of development with Phase 3 anticipated to be constructed in 2023.
Lee Maher Engineering has provided all design and engineering construction inspections for the residential development and a sanitary lift station. We have also coordinated with Rocky View County for the construction of a stormwater lift station in the Bridges of Langdon stormwater pond that accepts storm flows from the new Langdon high school/junior high school site and the new Iron Horse Fields baseball diamonds facility.
Rockford Estates
Rockford Estates is a 20 Acre, large lot, multi-phase community in Northwest Calgary. This project is currently in it’s last phase of development.
Lee Maher Engineering has provided all design and engineering construction inspections for the residential development. The project contains wetlands, environmental reserves, and tree preservation areas that were identified at the initial planning stage and preserved through the development process. The project is located across from the world-class Rocky Ridge YMCA facility.
